The chair was produced circa mid 1960s and was produced in Denmark from teak. The upholstery is a green velour fabric. It appears to be in very nice condition with some light wear. The foam is still in good shape also. The teak frame is in excellent condition with some light wear noted. See photos. Dimensions are:
